Ian spent more than a decade helping scale companies in complex, regulated markets before funding a year-long experiment in AI-native product development.

Since then: 4,500+ applied hours proving what one Apex Team can replace — across product systems, web, commerce, and digital operations — and IML's own products, built end-to-end.

Ian built the system alone first — the only way to know if a build system actually works is to run it yourself. It did. Our first company, a consumer product in a regulated care market, was the proof: concept to working product in twelve weeks, entirely inside IML.

Our first company is now spinning out as an independent company — clean IP, raising its own capital. Ian leads it as founder and CEO. He still leads IML.
